Who we are

Fabio Bartolo is the founder and CEO of Rubicon Public Relations, a New York City-based agency specializing in public relations and digital marketing for Italian brands entering and growing in the American market.

With over 12 years of experience spanning Italy and the United States, Fabio has managed communications for more than 50 clients across industries including food & beverage, luxury, design, automotive, finance, and tech. Before founding Rubicon, he served as Head of Marketing & Communications at Pininfarina of America, the legendary Italian design house behind decades of Ferrari design, and spent five years at Barabino & Partners, Italy’s largest PR agency, where he led media relations for publicly traded companies and managed high-profile crisis communications.

Today, Rubicon’s client roster includes names such as 1000 Miglia Experience Florida, Sammontana, MSC Air Cargo, Ferrarini, Tartuflanghe and Andrea Illy, Chairman of illycaffè. Fabio’s work has earned his clients coverage in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and other leading outlets.
